Question: I am worried throughout the day. Thoughts just don’t leave me. What can I do?

If this problem has been present for more than 2months, you might be heading towards a generalized anxiety disorder. It’s important that you:

  • Keep a healthy diet, decreased fat
  • Decrease addictions like smoking or alcohol
  • Do aerobic exercises regularly
  • Plan your day out properly
  • Plan and Manage your emotional self
