If this problem has been present for more than 2months, you might be heading towards a generalized anxiety disorder. It’s important that you:
- Keep a healthy diet, decreased fat
- Decrease addictions like smoking or alcohol
- Do aerobic exercises regularly
- Plan your day out properly
- Plan and Manage your emotional self
